Maintenance of floors

All floor surfaces respond differently to diverse conditions and traffic volumes. Therefore the maintenance of the same floor surface on two different areas of the same premises may differ. For example a vinyl floor (Marly Tile) at the reception or passages of a building will need to be buffed at least three times a week, as opposed to the same type of tile in a low traffic area such as in a kitchen or store room

Restoration of damaged surfaces

Many companies do unnecessary costly replacements of floor tiles, as they are not aware that restoring the tile surface is by far more cost effective. By simply following the correct maintenance procedures the costs for restoration or replacement can be avoided.

Coating of floor surfaces

Many people think that to coat a floor surface simply means to paint it. These people are gravely mistaken and end up with a finished product that lifts and peels off. To successfully coat a floor surface, attention must be paid equally to the preparation and finishing of the area to be coated

Sealing of floor surfaces

Due to the fact that floor surfaces differ so immensely there are various types of seals used to protect surfaces. The methods of application and maintenance vary due to type of floor surface, conditions and traffic counts. Different types of finish can be achieved, such as a high gloss, matt or the natural appearance of the surface.

To achieve this we will have a stringent selection process through which all our suppliers are put. Only on the results of the process do we select the suppliers that match our company’s requirements and ideals. Therefore our procurement also lends a helping hand to the growth of the Black Economic Empowerment foundation in the domestic economy.

Contracted Garden Service

In the field of contract garden service many make the assumption that the service is compiled up of a team of men, lawnmowers and a bakkie. Contrary to this belief the contract garden service is a service with noticeably better advantages for the client due on a vast area of expertise ranging from landscaping to garden maintenance.

Staff are placed on site as per the clients specifications, generally five or seven days per week to carry out the necessary functions and to ensure that the client receives the highest standards possible and a perfectly manicured garden.

All the necessary tools and equipment are supplied as part of the contract and are maintained at no extra cost to the client. The staff are constantly checked as to elevate any potential problems that could have a negative affect on the gardens been maintained.

The staff are motivated to reach and maintain the client’s specifications above all else. All the contract quotations are tailor made to meet the client’s unique and logistical needs. This service is based on a win win business scenario thus mutually benefiting the client and contractor.
